Fabric Awnings
Custom made Shapes for your project
When selecting a shape be aware of the space it is intended to occupy as not all shapes can be installed in all spaces. If your awning will cover a door that opens outward, clearance for the door is required. Awnings that project more than four feet from the mounting wall often require front end support.

The low edge of your awning, can be Loose or Fixed
A Loose Valance offers a traditional look & can feature a variety of scallops in addition to color coordinating its finishing braid to your fabric. A Fixed Valance is wrapped tight to the frame & brings a clean modern look. See our Shapes for more on Valance Styles
Retractable Awnings
Motorized or Manual
How your retractable awning opens & closes. All Motorized retractable awnings come with a Shepard’s Hook to allow for manual opening & closing in case of power loss. Motor & power cord can be mounted left or right for ease of connecting to outlet. Remotes can be paired to a single or multiple motorized awnings for one touch opening & closing. Manual retractable awnings are exclusively operated by Shepard’s Hook. Valance on a retractable awning runs exclusively along the front edge.
Retractable Awning Recovers
Your existing frame + new fabric
Most retractable recovers are performed on-site. We take measurements of your awning, note the model & use your old fabric as a pattern then install your recover on-site.
Rigid Body Awnings
Non-fabric awnings. Often finished with aluminum or polycarbonate they are available in a variety of styles, colors & finishes. All of our rigid body components are sourced exclusively from trusted industry sources.

Permit Applications
In compliance of local requirements
Commercial awnings often require adhering to the building & sign requirements set forth by governing bodies. We can submit all relevant paperwork + shop drawings your project requires for approval. Certain projects require drawings sealed by an enginner or architect. In these cases we can acquire drawings on your behalf.
Lettering + Graphics
We utilize a paint specially made to stand up to harsh and changing weather. Project costs are driven by size & number of colors.
